Swami Atmananda Puri
Swami Atmananda Puri is a monastic disciple of Mata Amritanandamayi. He first met Amma in 1989 and has been living at Amma’s ashram in Kerala, India since 1993. He has been conducting meditation retreats and spiritual discourses in Singapore, Malaysia, Europe, Mauritius, Australia and New Zealand, to guide individuals toward finding greater peace in their everyday lives. He is also a Global Teacher of the IAM® Technique.
Melbourne November 1
Swami Atmananda Puri is the special guest at Yogafest Reconnect, a one day/one night immersive yoga and meditation retreat. The retreat is being held on Melbourne Cup Day, November 1, at Somers on the stunning Morning Peninsular.
This special one-day event of rest, revitalisation and reconnection, brings together some of Melbourne’s most experienced and committed yoga teachers, offering a jam-packed program of yoga, meditation, pranayama, masterclasses, sumptuous vegetarian meals and more.

SILENT MEDITATION RETREAT
Join us for a 7 or 3 day residential retreat at Chenrezig, a tranquil Buddhist centre set in the beautiful Sunshine Cost Hinterland.
This retreat is designed to reinforce existing spiritual practices while providing the foundation for a lifetime of meditation practice. Connecting with sacred and ancient wisdom within ourselves can help to bring a deeper meaning to life, and more peace of mind. The focus is to go deeper into the traditional Advaita Vedanta (non-dualism) meditation teachings & techniques, using Amma’s teachings and meditation techniques as a guide.
