The Event is organised by M.A. Centre (Aust) Foundation (the Organiser).

Event Terms and Conditions.

1. Walking or running is a physically active sport. It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure they are fit and able to take part in the event.

2. Before commencing the walk participants should check weather reports for predicted conditions including warnings of excessive heat, storms, thunderstorms or lightning. If conditions are not suitable postpone the walk until weather conditions are safe.

3. Exercise due caution in all conditions and adhere to any relevant road or traffic rules and regulations.

4. Children under the age of 16 years are the responsibility of their parents or guardians and need to be accompanied at all times during the event.

5. Declaration of Consent:
Participation in this event implies consent by the participant to the use of their likeness in photographs or other images by MA Centre (Aust) Foundation and or Amrita Australia Limited. If you do not wish photographs of yourself or your child/children to be published through the Organisers various media points please request The Opt Out form from the Organiser.

6. Coronavirus (COVID-19) Health Alert. Prior to undertaking your walk check your local state and territory website for directives, hotspot information and restrictions. For official information and advice Visit: https://www.health.gov.au/news/health-alerts/novel-coronavirus-2019-ncov-health-alert#general-public-advice .To protect yourself and others you must practice good hygiene, physical distancing, follow the limits for public gatherings and understand how to isolate if you need to.

7. The Organiser does not accept responsibility for injury, loss and damage sustained by a participant unless the above injury, loss and damage is proven to have been caused as a direct result of negligence on the part of the organisers.

8. The Organiser shall not be responsible for any punitive, exemplary, incidental, special or consequential damages including, but without limitation, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss or denial of opportunity, indirect, remote, abnormal or unforeseen loss or any similar loss whether or not in the reasonable contemplation of the Organiser or the participant.
