Public Programs: April 16, 17 & 20

  • April 16 – Free All Day Program 
  • April 17 – Free Morning Program (10 AM)
  • April 17 – Free Evening Program  (7.30 PM)
  • April 20 – Free Devi Bhava Program  (7 PM – World Peace Program)

Retreat: April 18-20

  • April 18 – 20 Retreat By pre-registration only.

Schedule of Programs

Tue 16th April – All Day Program

Free All Day Program starting at 11am

9:00am The token line opens. To ensure everyone has an equal chance of getting an early token, please refrain from forming a line until then.
9:30am Tokens are distributed and guests are escorted to seats.
11:00am Amma enters the hall and conducts a short meditation after which Amma begins to embrace those who have a token.

Everyone is welcome! Please plan to arrive at least 90 minutes before the program to receive a free token if you would like to have Amma’s embrace.

Wed 17th April – Morning Program

Free Morning Program starting at 10am

8:00am The token line opens. To ensure everyone has an equal chance of getting an early token, please refrain from forming a line until then.
8:30am Tokens are handed out and guests are escorted to seats.
10:00am Amma enters the hall and conducts a short meditation after which Amma begins to embrace those who have come.
12:30pm Lunch is served until thirty minutes after Amma leaves the hall

About morning programs ›

Everyone is welcome! Please plan to arrive at least 90 minutes before the program to receive a free token if you would like to have Amma’s embrace. Tokens may be limited by time constraints.

Wed 17th April – Evening Program

Free Evening Program starting at 7:30pm

5:30pm The token line opens. To ensure everyone has an equal chance of getting an early token, please refrain from forming a line until then.
6:00pm Tokens are handed out and guests are escorted to seats. Dinner is served and continues until Amma enters the hall.
7:30pm Amma enters the hall and there is a program of talks, devotional music and meditation.
9:45pm Amma begins to embrace guests and dinner resumes until midnight.

About evening programs ›

Everyone is welcome! Please plan to arrive 90 minutes before the program to receive a free token if you would like to have Amma’s embrace. Tokens may be limited by time constraints.

Sat 20th April – Devi Bhava Program

Free Devi Bhava Program starting at 7pm

4:45pm Volunteers begin to welcome guests for the program.
5:30pm Tokens are handed out and guests are escorted to seats.
7:00pm Amma enters the hall and conducts the Atma Puja, a ritual ceremony for world peace.
9:30pm Amma begins to embrace everyone who received a token. Dinner service begins and continues until approx. midnight.

Everyone is welcome! Please plan to arrive at least 90 minutes before the program to receive a free token if you would like to have Amma’s embrace. Tokens may be limited by time constraints.

Thur 18th – Sat 20th April – Retreat

Melbourne Retreat
Amma’s public programs are free and open to the public. Retreats, however, require both pre-registration and a fee. Anyone wishing to attend the retreat must register. Retreat registration coming soon!
