Two types of courses are being offered virtually in Australia
- IAM ® 20 – specifically designed for working people, students, businesses
and other organisations. Takes just 20 minutes a day.
- IAM ® 35 –a more advanced meditation technique for those deeply interested in spiritual practice. It takes only 35 minutes a day.
