Transforming Lives: IAM –Integrated Amrita Meditation Technique® is a powerful meditation technique synthesised by world-renowned spiritual leader and humanitarian Sri Mata Amritanandamayi, affectionately known as “Amma”, to help people find fulfilment in life.

The Technique: It is called “Integrated Amrita Meditation Technique” because it aims to integrate body, breath and mind. It consists of a combination of yogic stretches for relaxation, breathing and concentration exercises, and takes only 20-30 minutes a day. IAM is a suitable practice for people of all faiths, as it is not bound to any religious or spiritual belief system. It is taught free of charge.

This Silent Meditative Retreat with Br. Shraddhamrita Chaitanya, a monastic disciple of Mata Amritanandamayi Devi, reinforces existing spiritual practices and provides the foundation for a lifetime of meditation practice. Connecting with this sacred and ancient wisdom within ourselves brings meaning to life.

About Br. Shraddhamrita

Amma with Brahmachari ShraddhamritaBrahmachari Shraddhamrita Chaitanya  first met AMMA in 1989 and  has been living at Amma's ashram in Kerala, India since 1993. He received Brahmacharya initiation (the equivalent of becoming a monk) from AMMA in 1997.

He has a bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and had worked for two years in the software industry before joining Amma's ashram. He has been actively involved in coordinating scientific research and social welfare projects in  Amrita University (Amma's University in India).

He had toured Europe conducting satsangs, retreats, meditation sessions and question-answer sessions. He is currently the national coordinator of the IAM Technique meditation groups in India.
