Integrated Amrita Meditation (IAM) Course
The IAM Integrated Amrita Meditation Technique® is a powerful way to reconnect with our real centre, our inner Self, and thereby experience true joy and peace in life. Born out of Amma's Divine inspiration, the Technique, when practiced with dedication, is designed to bring about integration in our lives - an integration of body, mind, intellect and heart; an integration of our True Self with God. Organisation Version
Br. Shraddhamrita will teach the organisations version of the IAM technique on a weekly basis. Participants need to attend both a Monday and Tuesday evening session (3 hours in total) to complete the course.
Courses will be offered at Amma’s Australian Ashram and at devotees’ homes. Pre-registration by iamtmelb@gmail.com or 0410 116 520 is required. There is no cost to attend these classes.

House Pujas (Traditional Ceremonies)
Br. Shraddhamrita is offering to do pujas (traditional ceremonies) at devotees homes. To organise a puja at your house please email ashram@ammaaustralia.org.au or call Sindhu on 0434 624 181.
Puja is ritualistic worship of the Divine performed to keep us in harmony with cosmic forces, thereby removing and overcoming the sorrows of life and bringing spiritual upliftment. By doing puja, thoughts and vibrations of spiritual forces are created around us. These spiritual forces work to eliminate the negative influences in our life and help surround us with positive energy which can bring us peace of mind, material prosperity and enable us to more clearly touch the Divine, our true nature.

Satsang at the Ashram
The satsang will start with the singing of devotional music (bhajans) followed by a spiritual talk by Br Shraddhamrita incorporating Amma’s teachings and the Bhagavad Gita, the most well-known Hindu scripture. During these satsangs Br Shraddhamrita will specifically focus on the 15th chapter of the Bhagavad Gita. Yoga Mats: If you have a yoga mat please bring it, or please advise if you would like us to provide one for you at no cost.
Transport Options: Tram route #75 from City to Vermont - stop # 50 or nearest train station is Hartwell (Alamein Line). If you are driving please follow the parking restrictions on Eddy Street and Halley Ave, as some parts are permit zones. |
