IAM - Integrated Amrita Meditation Technique in Brisbane
We are pleased to announce that there will be an IAM-Integrated Amrita Meditation Technique® course in Brisbane on the weekend of 24 - 25 July 2010.
Venue: 32 Burnside Crescent, Westlake, Brisbane, Q 4074.
Dates & Times:
BEGINNERS Course: Saturday 24th July 9.30 am – 4.30 pm / Sunday 25th July 9.30 am – 1.30 pm
REFRESHER Course: Sunday 25th July 9.30 am – 1.30 pm
Registration: Please arrive around 9.00am to register so we can start promptly at 9.30am.
Cost: There is no charge for the IAM teaching.
Instructors: Sahaja Clift
Confirmation of attendance: You will be contacted to confirm your place on the course.
Meals: We ask that you bring your own lunch. We suggest that you eat lightly so you can remain alert for the afternoon.
Dress: Please dress in comfortable modest clothing, for doing some simple stretching exercises. Women who have taken the course in the past have said that loose fitting pants work better than skirts/dresses.
What to bring: You will need to bring a pen, a yoga mat, towel or blanket to lie on, and a cushion to sit on for meditation. There will be chairs available for those who prefer them.

Refresher: People who have previously learned IAM may attend the full weekend or the Sunday only as a refresher.
Fee: The course is offered free of charge. A fee of $30.00 (full weekend) or $10.00 (those refreshing) is charged to cover venue hire and administration costs.

 Organisational IAM - Integrated Amrita Meditation Technique
The Organisational IAM - Integrated Amrita Meditation Technique workshop is especially designed for organisations and usually presented in-house, These public workshops are for anyone who would not necessarily want to do the whole weekend IAM. In other words, if you know work colleagues or other people who wouldn't want the spiritual component in the weekend IAM but would be open to learning to meditate, then this could be for them.
The Organisational IAM - Integrated Amrita Meditation Technique workshops will be taught by Narayan van de Graaff (management consultant) and his wife Janine. They are happy to present this workshop in-house for any organisations that would be interested.
