Devi Puja for World Peace (Traditional Ceremony) – 25 November
Puja is ritualistic worship of the Divine performed to keep us in harmony with cosmic forces, thereby removing and overcoming the sorrows of life and bringing spiritual upliftment.
By doing puja, thoughts and vibrations of spiritual forces are created around us. These spiritual forces work to eliminate the negative influences in our life, in the lives of others and in the world around us. They help surround us with positive energy which can bring peace of mind and enable us to more clearly touch the Divine, our true nature.
The focus of our Devi (Divine Mother) puja on Friday 25th will be for World Peace. Everyone will have the opportunity to participate in the ceremony and help create peace and harmony for the planet.
When: Friday 25th November

Integrated Amrita Meditation Technique with Br. Shraddhamrita - 27 November
The IAM Integrated Amrita Meditation Technique® is a powerful way to reconnect with our real centre, our inner Self, and thereby experience true joy and peace in life.
Born out of Amma's Divine inspiration, the Technique, when practiced with dedication, is designed to bring about integration in our lives - an integration of body, mind, intellect and heart; an integration of our True Self with God.
The IAM - Integrated Amrita Meditation Technique® is a simple combination of yoga, meditation and visualisation. The technique is a synthesis of traditional, time-tested methods suited for the current mental conditions, time-constraints and needs of modern man. It is taught for free throughout the world.
Br. Shraddamrita is the national coordinator of the IAM technique in India so it is a great opportunity to be trained by one of Amma’s most experienced and senior teachers. We will be running the more recent shorter version of the technique that takes just 20 minutes a day to practice. If you have already completed the original longer version of this course it is no problem to take this shorter version as a refresher and you will then be able to choose which version you want to practice daily.
